It is my pleasure to welcome you and your family to what is sure to be one of the most exciting and rewarding Scouting experiences of your life.  The Far East Council is proud to display the Centennial Quality Council Award for it’s fourth year in a row. 

The Council is made up of families of ex-patriots as well as the military and state department.  Our boundaries include Japan, Okinawa, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and the Philippines. 

With over 2,500 Cub Scouts, Scouts and Venturers, and almost 1,100 volunteers, the Far East Council provides an exciting program and experience for all that care to discover what we have to offer in the ways of Scouting.  Working in a multi-cultural and host country setting with multiple opportunities for international Scouting events, makes us a unique and fun place to do Scouting.

So once again I welcome you aboard and hope that we can fulfill all of your Scouting dreams.
